how many calories does the biggest loser workout burn?

i got the cardio max dvd and i was wondering how soon i will lose weight. I weigh about 180 and im 5′7. i want to get down to about 140 or less. If i do the 25 min workouts each day..how many calories and pounds would i be burning/losing? and also what kind of diet will help reach my weight loss goals?

    well, I think you’re supposed to lost twenty pounds in a month. but ONLY if you eat about 1,500 – 2,000 calories per day. and thats healthy food. and you HAVE to do the workout it everyday. I hope you get to your goal! Healthy foods are fresh vegetables and fruits. my favorites are apples, cherries, carrots and rasberries, blueberries, and plums. Those are really tasty if there fresh. Then you can eat grilled chicken, white rice and ceasar salad for dinner. and always eat breakfast. Eggs, toast on WHOLE WHEAT, and organic butter. Try to keep track of what you eat and instead of getting Cheetos, but a bag of baby carrots. They’re way tastier and healthier, plus they help regulate metabolism. And for soda, stick to Diet. Its calorie free and its really great if you want to stay cool and lost weight, but some can be addicting!
